It was very tasty 😋 but we were ALL not full. There was a handful of french fries 🍟 on the plate with the schnitzel. Everyone was friendly there.

Today at noon I was with my wife, who is currently in a rehab clinic in Engelskirchen, eating or drinking coffee in Bergische Schweiz. It was really nice - especially in the older atmosphere - we had a great view of the valley. But the most important thing: 1. The food was fresh and tasted excellent. My rump steak was cooked to the point and the portion size was just right. 2. the service was super friendly, quick and competent. 3. So far I have never encountered such a perfect and visually well presented hygiene protection concept in corona times in any café or restaurant. Great, thank you for that too. We look forward to dining with you again at the next opportunity.

A very nice and comfortably furnished restaurant with its own parking lot. Access to the restaurant is barrier-free. There is a very nice and partly covered outdoor area where you can sit comfortably in the shade of the trees and enjoy your drinks and food. The menu offers something for every taste. Everything is very clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. We will definitely come back again.

The food was very good. You had to reserve in advance. Unfortunately, Bergische Schweiz is only partially wheelchair accessible. There is no appropriate toilet.

Eaten delicious with a great view. Service super nice. Only the building and its furnishings are very old. In the entrance area there is a picture of the Federal President visiting the restaurant in 1956 and if you look around you expect him to come right back around the corner. But anytime again for dinner !! Hygiene rules are also observed

An excursion restaurant in the country, with excellent cuisine and a fantastic staff. Dogs are allowed. The petting zoo for customers and aha adults is a highlight. We really enjoyed it on this Sunday in July 2020. And after eating, you can simply walk away your pounds on one of the many hiking trails. A7 was our way. And should you ever go to Loope, why not stop there for two hours and then let yourself be overwhelmed by the green of nature.

Actually a gem, but renovation backlog everywhere ... ok, such a big house has to be managed first. The food was again better than the last few times ... beautifully situated, ideal for children ..... but there is a lot lacking

Service staff friendly but determined (as far as Corona regulations are concerned). It was all very nice. However the staff was very slow ... Mentioned this quietly when paying and the answer was: we run as fast as we can. So then something is wrong (is not meant bad, but constructive criticism) Clock needs to be a bit faster or more organized. The rest was very good

This restaurant really surprised us. By chance we were able to discover it after a great walk. There are gluten-free dishes and many other very, very tasty products. The hostess welcomed us very pleasantly and also warmly welcomed our children with dogs. There is even a small pasture with deer and a deer. Of course, it has already been able to experience a great many celebrations and offers the nostalgic flair of the past 50 years, but isn't that a piece of real life, instead of these more and more harmonizing restaurant temples from the modern era, where it's almost all about maximizing profits? Definitely worth a visit and also the unexpected red lentil curry! Easy. Delicious. Relaxing and highly recommended. Unfortunately we have to come back! :O)

Teriffic german traditional food and very nice scenery.

Stopped by to have one of the regional 'Bergische Waffel' for 'Kaffeeklatsch' and it eas delicious.

Great location and affordable prices! Tastes very good. I would recommend the "Försterin".
